Mette Louise Pedersen is specialised in analysis in the field of employment, unemployment and mobility. She has an in-depth knowledge of problems related to employment.
Mette Louise has a vast experience concerning analysis of different groups and their relation to the labour market. For example she has analysed the labour market of university graduates and the challenges according to employment of non-ethnic Danes, long-term unemployed and young people as well as other groups.
Mette Louise has also worked with present and future needs, concerning education of employed in different industries as a part of her all-round understanding on the dynamics of the labour market.
Methodically, Mette Louise masters both quantitative and qualitative methods. She has a considerable experience with focus groups, seminars and speeches. Mette Louise has major experience with analysis of relevant quantitative data, for example DREAM, jobindsats.dk and Danish Statistics, as well as the surveys carried out by New Insight.
